Campfires crackle, tents are popping up and - oh wait! What? NO! That’s next year!! THIS is an online version of Milk’s camping weekender - SUMMER SUMMIT. Swap tents for blanket forts and bag one of 20 spots on this weekend retreat for queer performers, artists and theatre makers (without the midges). Join Leo, Jo and a host of top notch leading queer artists, for a weekend of workshops, discussion, time out and TLC.

Friday 11th September
7:30pm - 9pm Welcome session
Saturday 12th September
10:30am - 1pm - Queer performance devising workshop
2pm - 4:30pm - Self Care, healing & downtime
Sunday 13th September
10:30am - 1pm - Making work queerly & exploring queer practice
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Lunch time Q&A
3pm - 4:30pm - Closing session

Participants will be selected by the following criteria:
We welcome applications from members of the queer arts community who are currently underrepresented and undersupported in our sector, in particular Black artists, artists of colour, disabled artists and trans artists.
Access: Please indicate access needs upon application. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If we are unable to accommodate we will inform you in advance and explain why. If this prohibits participation then we will of course refund you any money.
Summer Summit was initially conceived for ‘Making An Entrance’, a development programme supported by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation, In Good Company & The HopBarn, which has now been postponed until 2021.
