Jo Tyabji

Jo is the Associate Director for Milk Presents and they handle our workshops and community programming.

Outside of Milk Jo is a director and writer, and co-director of ivo theatre. Recent work as a director includes Nemo Martin's romantic comedy [The Cobbled Streets of Geneva] which was a 2020 VAULT Origins Award Winner, Jay Bernard's solo adaptation of their poetry anthology Surge, My Name Is My Own for the Southbank Centre's Poetry International Festival, and What’s Far Is Near, a live broadcast show devised with the company, performed simultaneously in The Purcell Room, London and Hamra Palace Theatre, Beirut. In 2019 Jo toured their solo show Motherland, produced in association with Milk Presents, and in 2020 created Cocktails Before The Revolution with Raz Weiner, available now for touring on Zoom.
