In the meantime, if you’re an arts organisation then we encourage you to take this opportunity to sign the Trans Casting Statement, which asks the industry to do better in supporting Trans, Non-binary and gender non-conforming performers. If you are considering putting on a production with trans characters, please make sure you have understood & signed this statement first.

if you’re looking for something sooner then we can recommend Gendered Intelligence's Trans Awareness Training.
If you are approaching Trans, Non-binary & gender non-conforming people for advice on how to better support them, please pay them for their time.
If you are looking for recommendations for trans creatives or performers please make sure you compensate organisations or individuals for any knowledge that they share. Please understand that information may not be shared with you until you have demonstrated that it is safe for Trans, Non-binary and gender non-conforming people to work with you.
You can find some brilliant Trans, Non-binary & gender non-conforming performers with The Queerhouse Agency and it is also possible to find them on Spotlight
It’s great that you’re here and we encourage you to keep doing more to support Trans, Non-binary & gender non-conforming people in the arts, as we know the arts will be all the better and richer for it. Continue to support the queer, LGBTQIA+, Trans, Non-binary & gender non-conforming people in your lives, and keep in touch.
